We have looked at different flexibility techniques but we have never looked at keeping our minds flexible. Today we are providing our members with info on cognitive flexibility: the mental ability to switch between thinking about multiple concepts simultaneously!
Today in our ‘Technique Thursday’ Guide we are discussing how to execute the ‘Releve’, the main purpose of which is to develop leg muscles especially the calves and inner thighs. It is also a good preparation for pointe work. BUT only if used correctly!
