An unplanned maintenance service will take place on Intersect Space infrastructure from Friday, 20-Aug-21 18:00+10. Space service would be degraded or unavailable during this urgent maintenance.
An unplanned maintenance service will take place on Intersect Space infrastructure from 05-Aug-21 18:00+10 to 06-Aug-21 06:00+10. Space service would be degraded or stopped during this time window.
Intersect Space unplanned maintenance has finished. All services are working as normal now.
Intersect Space NFS users are currently impacted by an unplanned outage. Corrective works are currently underway.
All of our Space and Time services are working as normal now.

We are aware of latency and performance issues being experienced by some Space users. We are liaising with our partner and the vendor on a DMF issue.

Intersect Time will experience an emergency maintenance on 20-Apr-21 17:15+11 for 30 minutes. VMs will continue to run but loose network connection. Migrated instances won’t be affected.
An urgent maintenance on our Time service is scheduled at 12-Jan-21 16:00+11. VMs will continue working but access will be interrupted for 10 minutes.
Some Intersect Time services are currently affected by an issue which is currently being investigated.
