Swim two: A swimming trip wouldn't be a swimming trip without a sea swim. Was surprisingly warm!
First swim, Fairy Glen in betws-y-coed. The Glen was a bit scummy so walked a bit down stream. No fairys seen.
Taking on the 3 mile length of Bala lake tomorrow, can't wait!
Good 7 days of training. Did my first 3 mile pool swim last week, 2 miles at swan pool last Friday and another 2 miles at Netherton tonight!
2 miles done at swan pool tonight in 1 hour 8 mins. Happy with that!

Beautiful swim at Upton Warren this morning. 20 deg water was tropical compared to the 11 deg at Bala last weekend!
