Thought of the day. As far as i am aware, there are NO transgender / non-binary individuals in charge of corporate agencies in the UK Does that mean there is discrimination throughout the industry. Course it does not.
Seems to be a band of people within the property industry who leach off agents and fail time and again and we are suppose to not question it. All hiding behind the 'Be Kind' mantra. How about be kind and don't rip off investors or make employees and cleints lives hell?

Next 'Rant' ( i know you love them). Why are SO MANY #conveyancers working from home? Any if they are working from home, why not provide the #estateagent and client with a contact number? Two exchanges did not happen yesterday as nobody could contact the work-shy conveyancers.
Well priced property on the market less than a day, Cash buyer calls up and offers 75k BELOW asking price 🤣🤣 Try's to justify his offer from his 'Wonderful Position' He did not like it when i just laughed. I said i though he was joking🤣🤣
