Very happy to see our new paper finally out: a survey of conserved mRNA local folding strength features within the coding sequence, and the main factors shaping its evolution!
mRNA folding: @IronicAlgo and Tuller find selection for weak folding at the ends of coding regions, strong folding elsewhere.
