Always be yourself, express yourself, have faith in yourself, do not go out and look for a successfull personality and duplicate it, BE YOU!

Carry out a random act of kindness, with no expectation of reward, safe in the knowledge that one day someone might do the same for you.

Friendship multiplies the good of life and divides the evil.

All life is an experiment. The more experiments you make the better.... So never stop trying, you'll get there.

Don't ever let somebody tell you... You can't do something. When people can't do somethin' themselves, they wanna tell you you can't do it.

Life is not easy for any of us. But what of that? We must have perseverance and above all confidence in ourselves... So #FF to all!

I don't believe you have to be better than everybody else. I believe you have to be better than you ever thought you could be.

I hope everyone reading this is having a good day. And if you're not, know that every minute that passes is an opportunity to change that.

Most of the important things in the world have been accomplished by people who have kept on trying when there seemed to be no hope at all.

Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning, and not to stop living.

I just created an Ask in case someone wants to make a question or just talk anonymously :) ask.fm/ItsOkToTalk So go ahead!

If you know someone in serious distress or danger, don't ignore the problem, let them know they're not alone. Help them or get help!

Be sympathetic, non-judgmental, patient, calm, accepting, when someone trust you with their problems.

Just talking about how you got to where you are, releases a lot of the pressure, and it might be just what you need to regain your balance.

The Golden Rule: One should not treat others in ways that one would not like to be treated.

Discussing your goals, what you want to change, is very effective when you say it out loud and tell another person other than yourself.

Don’t let one simple and ugly word plague your confidence. You’re better and stronger than that.

Don't fear failure. Don't run away from it. Face it, learn from it, grow, and take action: you'll never know success if you've never failed.

Attitude is everything; it’s your reason, your why and how, your facial expression, emotions, body language, and potentially the end result.
