DM @AskAmexUK @Costco informed me that @AmericanExpress @AmexUK @AmexBusinessUK @AmexBusiness would honour credit under the partnership terms if I was unable to visit a store due to #COVID19 but after call with @AmexUK they refuse. Surely I can not lose £243.84.
@AmexUK @AmericanExpress have just refused to honour a #voucher issued under the @Costco partnership. @AmexUK and Peter from customer service unable to resolve despite #Covid19 making it impossible to use credit

The response given by @RevolutApp did not help as #Revolut said that I would be contacted by Live Agent through app. Another day and still no response. The sending bank is now conducting an #investigation and trace

Hi Mark, same here - these people are hiding being their so-called policies and procedures... imaging if I as an individual “hi jacked” your money in similar way - my ass would be in jail in matter of hours... but when an institution does it ? Different rules apply!!
