Those things don't prove the existence of a creator. Inferences aren't evidence. You can infer that there must be a creator because everything looks created as much as you like, but actually proving it requires investigation, experimentation, and evidence.

We are the foundation. Morality IS a human construct and it IS subjective. Morality is NOT obedience to someone else's opinion on what is right or wrong, not even if it is a god's opinion.
