So where are Children’s, Youth & Family ministers thriving (rather than just surviving)? The locations differ hugely but there are some observable common factors that I think contribute to C,Y & F ministers flourishing whilst serving in the local church…
I’m being asked to advertise children’s, youth & family ministry jobs daily at the moment. Many churches advertising for the second or third time & still struggling to appoint. The supply is definitely not meeting the demand & sadly that could mean poor appointments…
