Honestly if the Kings aren’t gonna do a proper rebuild they should just trade for Trae Young. He’s by far the most dependable of those PGs who are on the market and he raises your floor to at least mediocrity, which it feels like Kings fans would take right now lol

Pretty insane that Ryan Nembhard went undrafted after what happened with his brother who was a very similar player.
It is a very strange quirk of the NBA schedule for the next week that *every* team west of the central time time zone is on an East Coast road trip, and as such there’s legitimately not a single game that starts after 7:30CT for the next 7 days.
Also wanna go on the record that I don’t think a Giannis/Brunson pairing would work for many of the same reasons it didn’t work with Dame, who was a clearly better off ball player than Brunson. Trading Brunson for him makes so much more sense, even though they won’t do it.
The Rockets should really trade Amen + salary filler for Giannis (I know their fans will riot at the idea of trading Amen, but it’s true), but they basically can’t w/o doing a 6 for 1 trade (or trading KD/Sengun) unless they were able to convince FVV to waive his no trade clause
I just remember watching the dynasty Warriors rooting so hard against them and so many games would end like this lol. Like they’d spend a large portion of the game fucking around, and I’d have hope they would lose, but then they’d just decide, yeah you’re not winning this, sorry
