Just spent the last hour crafting an email in @ConvertKit. Then the site glitches and I lose everything. Contact their help desk, and a bot responds to my questions asking me the same question. Do better. Worst mailing list server I've ever used. What a joke.
Avoid this company. What a scam with awful transcriptionists. They say they have a quality control look through the work. Lie. I prepaid them for their services, but once I realized it was bad, asked for a refund of my remaining funds. They keep ignoring me! SHADY COMPANY! @rev
Signed up for @Promodotcom free trial. Was charged $799 and promptly asked to cancel and get refund. They won't give money back and trying to negotiate what they refund. Avoid this company!! Never again!! Feel like I got scammed!
