My guy there's dozens of groups on Twitter that blatantly rag on Elon Musk daily and they never get banned. #ElonMuskIsATroll, #Elonmusksucks, etc. However you can't use racial slurs, death threats, or impersonation. That is law governed by the FCC and overrides Twitters rules.
