I don’t post here often, but I’ve got my final recital at the conservatoire tomorrow at 12:10! Really excited for it as the band have worked super hard, and the tunes are a lot of fun! If you can’t make it, it will be live streamed at leedsconservatoire.cloud.panopto.eu/Panopto/Pages/… Cheers all!
Playing the cask inn in Scarborough this Wednesday with one of my good freinds from Uni, Zak Parlby! We each have a set then a larger joint set as well. We’re both really excited for it - there’s some good tunes incoming, and it’ll definitely be a good laugh!
Playing at the Vault in Darlington with Jose Canha on bass and Jeff Hewer on guitar, hardcore, no music standards gig from memory. Looking to be a great one.
Brilliant gig with the Managers Big band. Real top level players here and lots of fun to hang out with. Here’s a clip of one of my favourites, Moanin’ which was the 2nd to last chart in the gig.
Playing at Casa in the grand Arcade in Leeds tonight with my good mate Zak Parlby. We’ve arranged some tunes, composed some solos and it’s looking to be a good night! The bass sax will be making its return and the list of compering jokes expanding once again… Come along!
Excited to be back playing Tenor 1 with Managers again, the 6 time winners of the Great North Big band Jazz festival. If you’re about on the 12th April, come along to the Bolton Ukrainian Cultural centre for some great charts, brilliant players, and good pints!

Playing with Mark Chandler on the 14th of February at the Head of Steam in Huddersfield. It’s the last of our booked gigs together (hopefully more to come!) so should be a cracker. Come along for a pint, a great set and a good laugh.
Surprise gig! Very excited to have been asked by Ronnie Bottomley to play for his final big band gig. Looking forward to playing some brilliant arrangements, along side some absolutely top notch players. It’s sold out, so I have no doubt it’ll be a great night!
Excited to announce I’ll be playing with Mark Chandler once again, this time at Scarborough jazz on the 17th! Should be good fun with some cracking fish n chips!
