Mark Zuckerberg says Apple haven't invented anything great in a while: "Steve Jobs invented the iPhone and now they're just sitting on it 20 years later... so how are they making more money as a company? They do it by squeezing people"

Yikes, looks like having the NVIDIA app installed was destroying perf in some of my games (mainly UE5 ones) like Black Myth Wukong and The Talos Principle 2. Uninstalling the NVIDIA app fixed some horrendous frametime issues and gave me an extra 15%+ of performance!

another day, another reason to use Linux. I promise I will advocate for Linux until either Linux does not exist, something goes wrong with Linux, or I die. Even though I get 0 likes lol

Regarding CVE-2024-38063 IPV6 RCE in Windows... After reading RFCs about optional headers in IPv6 packets, I managed to create POC to cause a crash. The bug check in this case isn't too detailed, but essentially the underflow creates a large value used in a loop which eventually…

yeah, update your PC to Linux! More specifically, Ubuntu/Kubuntu/Ubuntu Unity/POP_OS, as these are the best ones for users who don't know Linux well. Kubuntu is similar to Windows 10 and I personally love that. It's time to leave Windows.

✋ STOP SCROLLING ✋ this is your sign to update your PC

What not supporting linux does to a man.

This problem is much bigger than just Grok! My Apple ][ computer often created harmful content like this. If you typed PRINT “YOU SHOULD EAT ROCKS”, the computer would advise you to eat rocks, which is dangerous from a culinary perspective.

ok so support linux

Now Apple is demanding a 30% cut of all Patreon DONATIONS. Apple must be stopped. The digital world cannot go on like this.

every day i see dumb shit like this from programmers and I slowly want to quit more and more

Dev: I have a memory leak Me: Does your process crash for an OutOfMemory error? Dev: no Me: Then you don’t have a memory leak (There might be still a memory management issue, but that’s not a leak).

Yes. No if buts or maybes, simply yes. Whilst more can be done (raytracing improvements, better nvidia drivers), Linux simply runs incredibly well with games and I've been using it primarily for over a month now.

Is it finally ready for video games
