PP remains toxic, his approval ratings same as or worse than during election. Carney doing a decent job so far, running away with approval ratings. But fact remains, unlike US, we don't directly elect the boss & number that counts, party support, remains stalemated. #cdnpoli

Supported 110%. In my lifetime, to my knowledge the biggest fire was in 1976 and consumed 13,000 hectares. That stood until 2023 when the Barrington Lake fire consumed 23,000+ hectares. We don't need a repeat.
Political landscape can change in a hurry as we saw with election results. But sticking with current time it's rather ironic that Poilievre is becoming Justin Trudeau 2.0 in that he's dragging CPC down & needs to go but yet he, those around him just don't get it. #cdnpoli
I am honestly surprised at the current polling situation since the election given the momentum behind Carney & considering the heady days & months for the LPC following the 2015 campaign. I would have expected the LPC to open up a bit of a gap. It can change however. #cdnpoli

Before election, LPC partisans were crying that Long Ballot Initiative in PP's riding was CPC rigging the seat so PP won. Today CPC partisans crying that LBI is the LPC rigging seat so Fanjoy won. Said it before & will again...my shop vac doesn't suck & blow as much. #cdnpoli

I realize that rumours swirling around this ad are just that, but unless unexpected happens on Monday, CPC is going to need major shakeup from top to bottom & someone from PC/red Tory (blue Lib) to lead is what's needed. If social cons don't like it, PPC is that way. #cdnpoli

In & out of my advance polling station in 10 minutes. Only four people ahead of me. For first time in my voting life I have marked a ballot for an independent candidate. 5 main parties have not earned my vote & not voting/spoiling my ballot are not options for me. #cdnpoli
