"The MyElement constructor is required to be an ES6 class which is unfortunate since Javascript classes are not (yet) like traditional OOP classes" 25 years and still people cling to the canard that JavaScript is somehow lesser for not being classic OOP.
WebComponents can only target the web, it's too little too late, JSX and React allows us to target different renderers (canvas, command line, native)
