As someone who’s had 4-day work weeks for almost a decade using vacation days, can confirm that it helps with wellness and work-life balance.
Acadia University will be piloting a 4-day (28h) work week for the summer months beginning June 1st. I am excited to see how this improves employee wellness and work-life balance. My bet is the quality of work only gets better (and it’s already pretty great).

Confession: Today was the only time I wore the campus mod shirt they gave to staff under my LU hoodie. After reading today’s AG report my head is spinning and I have so many feelings.
So, CCAA was a manufactured crisis and, as @AlexUsherHESA and @kensteele suspected, our leadership drove the bus over a cliff and the provincial government did little to stop it.
