Really appalled by what I just saw. In Cardiff Cent Station. 3 lads aged 12/13 came into the Pumpkin Cafe and asked if they could fill up their water bottles. They were refused. In a heat wave. They were told to buy a bottle of water costing £2.90. Disgraceful @EatOnTheMove
