Today I celebrate 44 years on this earth and I reflect on what actually matters to me in life… what is worth living for. A couple things come to mind right away… happiness and purpose. At times, it can be difficult to experience these, but I often do when I’m helping others.
It looks like all these new funds are going to Calgary and Edmonton. Although that is good news for them, addictions and homelessness are far from isolated to the major cities. Funding is dearly needed in all communities, especially the mid-sized cities such as Lethbridge/RedDeer
Alberta is leading the country in responding to the addictions crisis, providing recovery-oriented addiction and mental health care. This is compassionate conservatism at work. calgarysun.com/news/local-new…
