I mean I like open source and I run a lot locally with my RTX3090. But you can pay for a lot of api for what you are going to pay for a GPU.
i have fully dropped Claude Code for OpenCode i donʼt use Opus 4.5, i use GLM-4.7 and MiniMax-M2.1 theyʼre opensource and can be self-hosted nobody can nerf my models or rug pull me nobody should be able to do that to your intelligence p.s. buy a GPU and run your LLMs locally
I'm Boris and I created Claude Code. Lots of people have asked how I use Claude Code, so I wanted to show off my setup a bit. My setup might be surprisingly vanilla! Claude Code works great out of the box, so I personally don't customize it much. There is no one correct way to…
If we wanted to create agi then models would be trained to give a rational disagreement up front.
OK, I updated my startup pipeline to v0.3. I have custom Claude skills running in Codex CLI controlling the whole thing. Using schema contract obligations and Google sheets as the back end I’ll probably be releasing my first one on Gumroad. Let’s build
Student loan balances jump and nobody can explain it. This MVP takes your StudentAid.gov file + servicer statements, audits interest capitalization, and spits out a dispute-ready packet in ~1 hour. Clarity + evidence beats another 2-hour hold. #Startups
i’m new here just wanted to say hi Building - Automated shortform video generators - Automated pain point ⏩ landing page - AI Agents
i’m here trying to eat, bro. I’ve been doing this long time and now I’m trying to get out there. Somebody say something.
If an AI output can't survive: - bad input - missing files - rate limits it's not production-ready.
Prompting is step zero. Reliability, retries, queues, and failure states are where real systems live.
I'm sharing: - systems I'm building - things that break - experiments I run
LLMs compress knowledge on the fly. Example: YouTube series ->video-> key points -> paragraph -> sentence. That gives you a single page you can act on, plus system prompts from the raw mess. Distillation.
I didn't get into AI to chase trends. Manual work is expensive, fragile, and slow. Automation fixes that.
I build AI systems. Not prompt tricks. Workflows that replace manual steps and keep running.
Most people treat AI like a feature. The leverage comes when you treat it like infrastructure. Systems > prompts.
Santa has a list. I have a backlog. Same energy, less reindeer.
I got tired of hand-waving “voice,” so I built a writing style system: prompts, checks, lint rules, and a self-correcting loop.
