Today is day 1 of training - next comp is 1/11 . GOALS: - 10/15# PR for back squat (would be 340/5) - 25# PR for bench (would be 200) - 35# PR for deadlift (would be 400) - 17# cut bc I don’t have a choice, gotta weigh in 😂😅 All of these are wishful thinking but let’s see🙂
