Day 34 of 1000 -> 10k MRR Fixed a bunch of warning messages from the console (cause of layout constraints). Also tried to fix the broken tableView cells... made some progress but not fully finished. NSLayoutConstraints are confusing me.
Day 33 of 1000 -> 10k MRR Finally found some time to work on the app today... made a good amount of progress. The time can now be saved to firebase! I don't really know what's best to work on next, I need to make a plan and think about the app more.
Day 32 of 1000 -> 10k MRR Thought about how/where to market the app... I mainly use this project for learning, but hey maybe there are some people who actually want to use it haha
Day 31 of 1000 -> 10k MRR Got to do something again today :) Implemented a timer... now it has to trigger automatically (once some conditions apply) without me pressing a button haha. And it also stops if I scroll through the tableview, no idea why rn.
Day 30 of 1000 -> 10k MRR Same as yesterday... it's hard to balance work life with family, friends and hobbies.
Day 28 of 1000 -> 10k MRR Today, nothing. Still posting here every day for accountability!
Day 27 of 1000 -> 10k MRR I got it almost figured out, just have to program everything that's missing. Problem is that uni started again so I have less time to work on the app now. For the next weeks I will probably move in tiny steps. Better than no steps :)
Day 26 of 1000 -> 10k MRR Making progress... will probably make it work the next 4 days. Then all the core parts of the app are finished, except for one. Will also do some UI updates after this!
Day 25 of 1000 -> 10k MRR Really struggled with the logic of the app rn. It gets complicated but I'm sure I can figure it out, I just have to keep thinking about it :)
Day 24 of 1000 -> 10k MRR Worked on some code to use battery power of the user more efficiently :)
Day 23 of 1000 -> 10k MRR Thought and searched about some ways of making a landing page for the app
Day 21 of 1000 -> 10k MRR Started to experiment with tracking locations, it's honestly easier than I thought. The problem is managing the battery life of the phone haha... cause location data drains battery like crazy. I'm pretty optimistic that I'll find a way to make it work :)
Day 20 of 1000 -> 10k MRR Started reading through the docs to actually get a sense of how to achieve the core app function... I have a feeling it'll be more complicated than I thought haha developer.apple.com/documentation
Day 19 of 1000 -> 10k MRR Finished the friends system! Only a few bugs are still there, for example you can add yourself. But will take care of that later :) Now it's time to tackle the core functionality. I'm excited and have no idea how to program it yet haha Wish me luck
Day 18 of 1000 -> 10k MRR Worked the whole day on making the segmented Control work... I did it, but wrong which caused bugs with the title property when scrolling through the tableviews. Had to rebuild this function from scratch and will finish it tomorrow. My brain is fried.
Day 17 of 1000 -> 10k MRR Usually I enjoy designing, but doing it with code is a whole different level haha. Still making good progress :) Btw my estimation of finishing the friends system in 3 days was way off. Tomorrow I will tackle the "Requests" screen.
Day 16 of 1000 -> 10k MRR nothing new :) enjoyed the weekend, hope you also had a great one!
