I served with (then) Captain Mercado during a significant stint in both Germany and Iraq quite some time ago. He was one hell of a Company Commander and I’m stoked that he’s taking such a prestigious command.

Tried to stay with the heavy rope for all 7 rounds. This was rounds 2 and 3, didn’t last long… double unders get my heart rate up higher than anything else. Great at home WOD from @CrossFitMayhem and @CFHardKnox . 7 rounds - 60 double unders, 3 wall walks.

Took my first ever CoC board photo today as the newest IG NCO of VCorps @FortKnoxKY. Couldn’t look anymore silly 😂 - but made sure to have a photo that epitomizes the “approachable” look. The team I’m on is the cream of the crop and I could’t be happier with this new assignment.
