Look at this big beautiful girl. One of the first daughters of our @jolantasqueens breeder queen to emerge in the incubator this morning. Busy day now sorting 34 more of them out and into mating nucs. Queen rearing is the best part of beekeeping!

Very exciting and huge relief as today we could safely check the acceptance of our new @jolantasqueens breeder queen. Great service and advice from Jolanta and @calluna4u. Looking forward to introducing new genetics to our stock and soon having some new queens to sell!

One for the comp Laurence @BlackMountHoney This is from a F1 Buckfast Queen that came from you in 2023. Would have been even better if it wasn't wired foundation! Like you, I like a frame with pollen and honey rings, but you did say best brood frame and you don't get much better!

UK bee farming is incredibly sustainable... It is low impact on the environment and farmers move the hives to avoid competition with wild pollinators. If you want a great tasting product with minimum travel miles, try British honey!🇬🇧

Why buy British honey?🇬🇧 Only 14% of the honey we consume comes from Britain, compared to 60% on average in Europe. Most of our bee keepers are small-scale enterprises. Support our local economies and Love British Honey this #BritishFoodFortnight!

I sent a parcel of our EZPZ Beekeeping gear to Austria a bit over a week ago, a repeat purchase of quite a bit of kit. Having spent the weekend in Sydney Australia, I believe it's now gone to a sorting office in Brisbane. Hopefully I can speak to a human @royalmail tomorrow!

This year it seems that every time I find a moment for beekeeping the heavens open again. I can mostly work around it, but the queen rearing calendar doesn't wait for nice weather!

The elephant in the room here, is that we've just put someone in charge of prisons who cuts keys to order.

Re Verstappen and Lando. Clearly moving in the braking zone is too hard for the stewards to police. How about something like the DRS signs and lines in orange. Called the Max Decision Marker, before big braking zones. Once passed that point you can't change your line either way?

All the moving is done for this year well till they need to come home 🙄🤦🏻‍♂️. This group have been here 2 weeks and working into the third super. Referencing @ElmTreeBees and @ApidaeHoney comments about being paid. This farmer has moaned about the lack of bees on the crop 🤷🏻‍♂️

We're accidentally an Export Business now with sales to Austria and Romania just this week. I'd never planned to go down this route, but I'm very happy to help get the EZPZ range out to the UK and Europe. I wonder which country we can tick off next? tinyurl.com/EZPZ-Equipment
