I asked my friend who makes a lot on Upwork how he keeps getting jobs He said “talk about value.” But I found out he boosts his proposals with 50–70 connects But it makes me wonder… why don’t they tell us everything, especially when they know we’re struggling?

I’d rather hire a designer who worked on full projects than someone who just designed random screens. Don’t design just the hero - design the whole landing page. Don’t design just the home screen - design the full app, every flow of the app. That’s how you actually grow, stand…
