You’re lying. Biden produced a detailed budget on March 9. It was not until April 26 that House Republicans could cobble together even a vague plan. Once they did, he met with them, as he promised he would. That’s 48 days wasted, right there, by the Republicans.
The Clean Water Act passed in 1972 under Richard Nixon, a Republican. It has been honored ever since by both Democrats and Republicans. Not sure how this is about Biden— seems to me it’s about an extremist SCOTUS overturning 50 years of law that gave us clean water.
