mmmm feel knackered but must do parkrun in the morning really want to break the 30min mark
Runnings going well, a little achy this morning. 4 miles in just over 42 mins :-)
Mmmm fires are burning, dogs snoring and i'm really snugglie. Had my whiskey last night now no more till i can run 5k under 30 mins x
Well thats my 5K run done, my time.....32 mins 51 secs im happy with that x
Really pleased with myself, had nearly 2 weeks of no load bearing exercise due to pulled ankle and tonight 1st night back managed 5km :-D
Sorry everyone been away what seems like a lifetime, (stupid BB) normal tweeting will resume shortly :-)
The circus of looking round secondary school begins tonight, starting with Ts big brothers school
I love the hot weather as much as anyone but not when I have winter type clothes on, what was I thinking this morning !
Been making cake pops like they're going out of fashion, but been handed another recipe/style and can't wait to try it :-D
I hope I lose a few pounds doing this running, I'm actually knackered after this mornings run :-/
Its official I have joined the 'running' club and survived my first night x
I've completed my first of 3 runs so I'm on schedule to catch up with the running club I'm hopping to join ! Fingers crossed x
I can't put it off any longer, I'm joining a running club its the only way to get fit again
Just read Rebecca chance's book 'Bad sisters' what a great mix of romance and suspense, totally couldn't stop reading it x
Let my puppy labrador off his lead on the beach this morning, boy did he have loads of fun running into the sea and back out to soak me. X
Wow where has the last month gone, back on the coast with parents, kids, dogs and other half (mad house !)
Back home with my puppy and other half......of to Blenheim tomorrow
@tratul everything girls being girls at. 6 and 10 yrs lol
My girls haven't stopped fighting, you wouldn't believe I will be driving them to the beach for a week later, ungrateful isn't covering it !
