Two weeks have passed since I completed the FSA web development program. I am now focused on DS&A, considering other personal projects, and job hunting. Hoping for the best for myself and my classmates. :)

It's been nearly a year since I completed Fullstack Academy's webdev program, several months since I passed Googles technical phone screen but told they've paused hiring, and five months since my project won first place in a hackathon. I just have to keep going..

I doubt anyone's reading this but if they are, let it be known that @Join_Tribaja has provided an incredibly supportive community; great leads, networking opportunities, and their superrrr informative Diversitech summits.

A fully fleshed out ecommerce website, a one week project utilizing anime.js in a react app, and onto the finishing touches of our multi-API data aggregation website and chrome extension . At this point, I'll be looking for jobs now as a jr. web developer.

I'm officially in senior phase. The project was a success. Now onto group collaboration, OAuth, further use of websocket, a million other projects, and many npm libraries to learn. Let's do this!

Can't believe my last tweet was from November. It's been a rough two months with much content (mostly React) taught to us. But I feel like Gandalf the white. Returned from break with a comfortable grasp on express routes, slinging data from front end to back end, React, etc.

It's the new year and after an incredible fortunate holiday break, I can finally say I'm comfortable with making React CRUD apps. With senior phase around the corner, I can't wait to learn all the many dynamic technologies/libraries available to us.

Oh boy. Plenty of topics being covered since my last tweet. Left off at #NodeJS, learned a lot of #ExpressJS, now learning about #ORM, #sequelizer, #postgres, etc. Code stretches keeping me mindful of my javascript basics which is good. Can we say fullstack at this point? :)

#NodeJS and now onto #webservers through use of @ExpressJS We're becoming more and more familiar with the NERD stack and I'm loving every second of it.

Looks like flexbox was introduced only three years prior to my college graduation. I don't remember it mentioned in my course so I'm glad FS has covered it.

Learned about #javascript at the front end of web and now onto #NodeJS

Box-sizing is incredible. I'm 20 years late

I've connected with so many FS alumnis of recent cohorts on LinkedIn and they've been the warmest bunch. I certainly feel like I chose the right school. I also appreciate their advice and inputs regarding #jest, #datastructure, and #algorithm

Just had our first junior phase class yesterday evening. This week will be spent reviewing and supplementing our knowledge on the #frontent and hopefully some practice with #github collaboration. I can't believe that I'm at this point. I'm ecstatic.

Just learned about event listeners. The world wide web now makes sense. Also learned about zero width spaces. Making.This.Possible. or this @Apple.

A review on #html, #css, and #javascript, an intro to #DOM, anddddddd I am finally in the junior phase of @fullstack Here's one more box checked off on my progress white board.

Currently deep in #javascript levtures. Looks like ES2015 changed a lot of things. Current topic: classes or should that be "classes."

I've come to learn TDD is an industry standard. That said, it was interesting learning to read through test codes to know what functions I needed to make during our weekly exams.

I'm three weeks in and have learned so much in such short time. VSC (through Git and GitHub), TDD, how to use VS Code and its extensions, design pattern, traversing a Unix OS in terminal, and lots and lots of JS material (higher order, declarative programming, chaining, etc)

...And I'm in! After two months of hard studying and SO MUCH COFFEE, I am now an official student at @fullstack Academy. I look forward to all the incredible projects I'll be developing and becoming a software developer in the near future!
