This afternoon, I met with our football team and staff to have an open conversation about playing football this fall. At the end of our discussion, I asked if they wanted to play football and the answer was a resounding YES.
With all the stuff floating around about how to start schools... people should know, we miss our students. Whether online or in-person, we will deliver a great education because each one of our students is a gift, has a purpose, & has been endowed with a passion.
This evening, I sent the attached message about our reopening plans to KCS families.

Everybody keeps asking me if we’re going to be playing football with fans this season. Truth is, Vol fans statewide can help determine that outcome. From now through kickoff, masks are a must.
