The new-look Kitgum District Human Rights Committee recently appointed by the CAO conducted it's first meeting. The 15 member committee comprise of CSOs (KIWEPI, CEMINET and KINGFO), JLOS actors, media, KKA, and the DLG. KINGFO is the current Chairperson of the committee.
