Wouldn’t it be wonderful if @nervecentrehq embraced #openEHR as part of its core data architecture. I think it would then definitely be next generation EPR/EMR.

this could be driven by NHS england but they are so disjointed internally that even some of the fundamental stuff just doesnt gain traction we need to do this from a bottom up approach someone just needs to go first a community of interest?

I'd focus less on openEHR (NHS-X did look at this and walked away) and more on being able to consume and converge around the clinical models. That is where the gold is, not the openEHR specifications.
For me #openEHR is key to standardise healthcare data. Vendor & technology neutral governed by clinicians co-created with informaticians & software engineers. No doubt to me as a full time practicing clinician in the #NHS is the answer to #semantic #Interoperability
