More and more, jobs are requiring a post-high school credential - from a certificate to a degree. Populations who have struggled to get good jobs, equitable salaries and live "The American Dream" are realizing this. It's our job to make it happen. #KYHigherEdMatters
This is why we need strong, inclusive career exploration programs earlier in public schools: If we wait too late, cultural stereotypes dissuade students from certain fields. We cannot have a thriving, diverse workforce when we let implicit bias control it. #KYHigherEdMatters
