Well the number of tests are definitely very low per million pop, but the rate of positive testing even in the 35K sample is 3% which is around about the global average, so showcases we have a restricted infection rate for now
No. of cases will always be limited by denominator. No. of tests per capita is lowest in India and hence this metric is not reliable. You should put a disclaimer.
