“Truly sorry” they were not! Terrible customer service with no power to help their customers because they are simply a website host that caters to owners posting properties - they are NOT a hospitality company. They are basically the want ads in a newspaper. #airbnb

Yeah I’ve been hearing and reading a bit about how AirBnB is only on the host’s side. False promises, stock responses and hanging up the phone seems normal. It’s really put me off using them again.
