Idk whats wrong with me I cannot stop making the wound on my wrist worse. It’s like a compulsion, I can’t stop, I don’t want to do it and yet I do. It’s always been like this if I sh on my wrist, I haven’t done it in 5yrs, I’m so annoyed at myself
