This, but also, if they made Polyphemus smarter in the show, why didn’t he use the Fleece to heal his eye injury? Book Poly was pretty short-sighted (pun intended), but you’d think show Poly would have used it on himself if he’s cunning enough to trick and deceive visitors

I was watching this scene and I was holding my breath. It was too perfect. It was too much of what Annabeth wanted. Outsmart the sirens, save Percy, and get her mother’s attention. Percy’s and Annabeth’s fatal flaws on full display I’m so glad this show got made
the look on annabeth’s face when she thought athena had been watching her and was proud of her only to find out it was a siren trick… she deserves so much better

I had family come over for supper last night. We ended up having a very musical time, with my uncle playing guitar and all of us singing some country and folk tunes. I got asked to sing a few songs I know as well Good times in the festive season already
