Heartbreaking to see so many venues being killed by noise restrictions. It’s almost always the same story… new local residents decide they want to live in a “trendy/cool” area, then 6 months later they’re over it and complain to the council about EXISTING noise levels 🤡 🤡
Hopefully the Shady Park decision will be reversed. Meanwhile, the judge who ruled in favor of Mirabella is named Brad Astrowsky, and like all superior court justices he stands for retention every two years, so if you live in Maricopa county you can vote him out this November.
