LLMs don't give answers, they give best guesses.

Claude memory is polluting my start-from-scratch approach. I want clean prompts that I can give to others. Glad they have incognito mode.

I pitched my Business Cortex in a 10am session at @BarCampPhilly yesterday. I'm excited it made sense to other people and they thought it was useful. I recorded and will let llm analyze my talk. Lots of interesting people and talks. Need one more business focused.

ngl. i'm overwhelmed by all the ai options. I hit my claude pro limits occassionally, and I'm using it for vibemarketing. Now I realize that my projects are insufficient and I need new skills (lol). desktop last week but claude code today. tired just writing this.

Better data driven decisions are based on the variety of relevant types of information you factor in more than the accuracy of the numbers. Life is cheap when you don't count the mortgage and transportation costs.

Strategy is simple, figure out what customers want. Design is easy - figure out what to provide it. The hard part is figuring out HOW to provide it. Business Analysis is the art of figuring out how to structure the internal architecture of companies to benefit customers.

"nice" and "polite" are social norms to extract emotional value in exchange for nothing.

showed something to my COO, his last comment was that he didn't see any typos and "lack of capitalization in some spots is really important" lol

Claude said I'm near my WEEKLY limit. Now I have to count tokens like I count calories?

This is the wisest business graphic you'll ever see ... unless you pay me to show you the other ones I've made. The sequence shows you what decisions you need to make in what order to build a company the fastest with the least friction.

I'm going to break out of my inhibitions and start posting real thoughts instead of trying to be marketable, because let's be honest. I'll never be marketable trying to be nice.

the book The User Illusion explains that consciousness is a simulation of the external world, so it's not a what if, but a what now type of question

Imagine you are in a simulation, you were promised an unforgettable experience, but something went wrong. Is this just a simulation? Current events seem to indicate the opposite. There are people who had the misfortune of being born on the wrong side.

I'm thinking of working on a context engineering document for living instead of programming. But this time I'm going to load it onto github
