Our support team have started to use @LogmyCare, a digital logging system. Using this our staff recorded over 6600 logs in the last month. How amazing is that! We can even get photographs of the amazing work our teams are delivering in the community. #innovation #responsive #care

Within Specialist Services, we have our own nursing team. This means we are able to support people with long term care needs, ensuring care is safe, effective, responsive and caring. We support people with specialist home care, supporting well-being in the way the person wishes.

Our Learning Disability services support people to live the life they want to, in the place they wish to live using a person centered approach. We support people using the NAPPI framework to improve well-being through positive support and minimise the impact of stress.

Since 2006, our Specialist Services have supported people with brain injuries in the community. We have supported rehabilitation delivery alongside their health professionals through to providing 24/7 support packages in the person's preferred environment.
