The fact that the valet guy tried to make like they did everything by the book was the kicker.
Imagine going 2 visit ur grandma 4 her 70th birthday & having ur car stolen from @TownePark_DC & @CourtyardDCCC from valet. And then finding out it was stolen for an entire hour b4 anyone contacted U. Poor service, unprofessional & a lack of accountability. Visit at ur own risk!
