KIM placed their hand on AUBREY's blushing cheek, gently locking eyes with her. "Look at you, suddenly becoming even more stupid and adorable."

"I wish nothing would ever stop and everything would stay as peaceful as it is now..." She chuckled a bit before looking at AUBREY. "Nah, just kidding. That would be boring, wouldn't it?"
She'd just slowly turn her head for a moment, looking up at the sky. "I can see why. It's nice to be with you like this."
She lightly tapped him on the shoulder while laughing. "And you're still 10 times more than I am."

"Yeah, I adore them. And you know what else I adore? The closeness we have right now..."
"No problem. I know you like them." She would just stay close to KIM with a smile. This was nice.
"Heh, thanks for the compliment, AUBREY." She sighed before wrapping her arm around AUBREY to keep her close.
"I'm glad someone likes it. Your hair makes you look like a nerd." She said that in a good way.
She playfully punching her arm. "Heh. I'm good with that too. If it's with you."
She stopped playing with her hair and chuckled lightly. "I've always loved your hair, AUBREY. They're so beautiful."
She sighed while smiling again. "Let's just enjoy being just the two of us then."
"I feel the same way. Just having you here already feels special."
"Just like every moment we spend together. They are truly special to me and mean a lot."
AUBREY just closed her eyes. She seemed pretty happy. "That just makes it more special."
Her smile widened as she gazed at AUBREY. "Okay, you win. But I'm doing it only for you!"
"Yeah? Maybe I'll keep acting like that around you." She'd playfully but also lightly punch KIM's arm. "You should smile more, too. It's nice."
"You're adorable when you act like that..." A slight blush on their cheeks with a somewhat embarrassed smile.
"No problem. Plus.. I think you're cute too, so I...wanted to hear you say it." She'd just lightly reach forward and poke Kim's nose with a grin.
"Great then. And thanks, by the way, for pushing me a little to own up to what I had said." KIM suddenly started playing with a strand of AUBREY's hair, smiling slightly while looking at her.
"...I don't think it's dumb. I'm actually impressed you managed to say it. I respect that."
"Yeah... Sorry if that may have sounded dumb or anything weird. I just think about it often, and I didn't know how to say it." His gaze was then directed at AUBREY.
"...That's what I thought you said." She'd fall silent for a few seconds before ever so casually leaning in and resting her head on her friend's shoulder.
A slight exasperated sigh as she now seemed to be sulking. "I said you were cute. Now stop teasing me, AUBREY..."
"You too. But i like that about you too."

She let out a quiet chuckle. "Not even for me?"
"Yeah... it's not entirely untrue. And we can find a better method anyway."
