I Looked Into Why Restaurant Quality Is Declining. What I Found Is...
Hubby went fishing with his mates. He came back with a luscious brown trout, and smoked it for me. I got through about half of what you see here - the rest is tomorrow's #dinner. It was delisssssshhhh! #fishing #nzfood
I routinely watch people buy a $7 pie, $6 cake and a $4 energy drink for their lunch every day. Then they tell me $13 / 750g minced beef which will give me 2 meals is expensive. #Carnivore #realfood

Husband is away on a fishing trip today, and I have the whole house to myself with just our youngest here to keep me company. It feels VERY quiet. I expect husband to return with some lovely rainbow trout for me for dinner. Fingers crossed! 🤞
I think the reason I gained weight last time on #Carnivore is dairy foods & no limits on intake. I took "eat as much as you want" seriously. That doesn't always work for older women like me. This time on carnivore I'm monitoring my intake, especially butter, dairy & bacon.
Last time I tried #Carnivore I gained a lot of weight very quickly, so I stopped even though I felt great. I'm trying it again - but this time I'm weighing everything, & limiting cheese/dairy. Also including some fermented foods e.g. sauerkraut and green veg.
The easiest positive change I've made in my life is daily journaling. What started a two minute scribbles has grown to a habit where I deliberately get up an hour earlier to write my thoughts and put them in order. The mental clarity that results is amazing. Try it 😀
I've decided to give #carnivore another go. Well, 90% Carnivore anyway. On the menu: All meat, all types. Eggs, fish. Max 30g cheese daily. In small amounts: Avocado, sauerkraut, whole Greek yogurt, fruit. All spices. Off the menu: Everything else. #Carnivorediet
