“Feeling bad” is not a reliable sign that you are doing something wrong. You may be angry about injustice, grieving a real loss or being attacked because you’re following Jesus! “Feeling good” is no sign you are right. You may be following the crowd or simply indulging yourself!

Amen!

Each decision you make, no matter how small it may seem, has the potential to have a huge impact.

🙏🙏🙏 for wisdom for these Pastors!

Just read another pastor who said:“I trust God! If he wants me to get Covid I’ll get it. If he doesn’t, I won’t! I’m not following govt. guidelines!” That’s pastoral malpractice! God uses our God-given reason to protect us. That’s why we look both ways when we cross the street!

So True! Keep focused!

It’s in death that God says, “If I’m not your security, then you’ve got no security, because I’m the only thing that can’t be taken away from you. I will hold you in my everlasting arms. Every other set of arms will fail you, but I will never fail you.” (@DailyKeller)

Stay true to your calling 🙌

Be who God meant you to be and you will set the world on fire. – St Catherine of Siena

People over process ❤️

Its a true sign of security & success when leaders choose people over platform. Ministry will change, invitations will cease & success is not who we stood in front of but who ends up standing with us.

Do you agree...?

So true! Reach out to someone today! People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care!

What people need more than content is connection. Being over fed on content without personal connection misses what people need. Less is more, simple is workable & being relatable is what brings connection.

Join us in praying against fear during this season of uncertainty. May we lean on Christ and find courage, confidence, and assurance in Him.

There is no OT command to love your parents, your children or your spouse. There are only 3 commands to love: 1- To love the Lord your God! 2- To love your neighbor! 3- To love immigrants! That immigrants are thought of so highly is striking! Christians must be pro-immigrant!

So true!!

If Jesus is not real, active now, what happened to me 48 years ago? What has been leading me, encouraging me, comforting me all these years through loss, pain, celebration and wonder? I have no explanation other than...Him. @SeacoastVC

I’m not opposed to events as I have done them for years. But what I’ve noticed is a disconnect. What the church in the West needs is less events. We are over fed & under used. We have become addicted to an event experience rather than a lifestyle change.

God have mercy, bring us to worship you alone!

Perhaps more exposure will force the church to take men/women down from pedestals they were never meant to stand on? The embarrassing self promotion, the worship of leaders, the worship of worship leaders... perhaps much needs to crumble so Jesus can get again be the main focus.

Integrity is associated with truthfulness, wholeness, sincerity of heart and intention, and moral uprightness. It consistently heads the list when people are asked what they want from their leaders. #heartcheck

Man of wisdom! This is so true! Let’s get out there and build relationships and live a transformed life! God needs you to gather in the harvest. 😊

The Gospel was spread in the early church by personal conversations and life examples. Not through programs, not even through preachers.

If your a leader, it’s not who you know it’s how well you protect who you know. Name dropping should be a no go....especially in ministry.
