The “right time” (in terms of acting towards personal goals) is usually right now.

Success is found in daily routines. A healthy routine can really lend to maintaining a calm and productive life.

The truth is that the only moment we have is right now. We're given a limited amount of time on a speck of dust spinning in empty space. So, we have to make the most of it.

Consider writing down everything you're grateful for. People, things, experiences. Even the most mundane of items--a bed to sleep in, hot water in the shower, coffee, food, fast and unrestricted internet, Stranger Things, etc.

"If you're not happy with what you already have, nothing you ever get will change that."

“Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.” - Jim Rohn

Anxiety. Not my best friend. More like a parent, in that sometimes it teaches you stuff that you didn't really want to learn in the first place (but you need to know).

Seek out dissenting opinions, if you want to really back up your point of view.

Having consistent positive affirmations, or thoughts, can aide in a more functional, a more optimal immune system, as well as metabolism. A process known as neuroplasticity is a physical one. Our thoughts (quite literally) change the structures and functions of our brain.

Sleep: Life-hack times a million.

It's worth repeating, as I see this a lot on the weekends. It's much more effective to exercise for 30 minutes a day, as opposed to cramming a 3 hour workout in on Saturday.

Perception of reality is fluid. Reality is always changing. Your perception of reality SHOULD always be changing for the better. Not for worse.

Keystone habits are habits that influence, or catalyze other habits. One behavioral change can help you tackle and start others. An important keystone habit for a lot of people (myself included), is exercise.

If I'm feeling taxed and burdened with an endless to-do list, I know I need to re-evaluate my priorities. Can I let some tasks go? Are they really that important? Am I being "busy" for the sake of being busy?
