⚠️Traffic Advisory⚠️ Officers are attempting to restore normal vehicle traffic flow at 7th St between Flower and Grand Ave. Parade participates are placing steel bike racks in the intersection and in the middle of the streets. DISPERSAL ORDERS being issued.
⚠️Public Advisory⚠️ The Other Incident Commander has authorized a DISPERSAL ORDER at 7th St between Flower and Grand Ave. All persons in the area must leave. Any person remaining in the area after a Dispersal Order has been issued is subject to arrest.
