11 days without heating or hot water. Update being that @TheAccordGroup @DrChrisHandy are happy to let myself and 4year old suffer instead of spending money. Too busy looking for cheaper quotes to care about our health. Mine is declining rapidly. WILL SUE!!
10 days so far with no heating or hot water thanks to the incompetence of @TheAccordGroup @DrChrisHandy. Living 5 years with faulty boiler. Gas leak 2 years ago that's still being denied despite evidence. Myself and 4 year old have respiratory problems.
