NY Meal re-scheduled again. Just when we thought things were kind of getting back to normal, our favourite guy at No10 put back the easing of lockdown back to the 19th July. As a result our NY meal which decidedly seems like a summer meal now has be re-scheduled for July 31st.

Direct to Full exam consultation The RSGB’s Examination Standards Committee is launching a consultation today to ask for the views of the amateur radio community on a new, Direct to Full licence exam. Full details here: rsgb.org/direct-to-full
Club Secretary Dave has arranged for another talk this month entitled: "I can hear it, why wont it decode?" given at the 2019 RSGB Convention By Neil Smith G4DBN. The talk will take place on Friday 26th February, starting at 20:00 on Zoom.
During the club meeting on the 29th January we intend to show a talk taken from the RSGB library and given by Steve Nichols G0KYA entitled `Top HF Propagation questions and some possible answers`. Check LEFARS Facebook page & website for more details.
