No, Muslims did not build Al-Aqsa "on top the Jewish temple." The Temple was long destroyed by Romans, who also expelled all Jews. When Muslims conquered Jerusalem in 637, they reconstructed the Temple Mount respectfully. They also allowed Jews to finally return to the city.
This meme is interesting. Yes the Islamic shrine was built on top of the Jewish temple, but both have literally been in Jerusalem for over a thousand years. Let's just find a way to live in peace together.
