@Ryanair are refusing to refund my terminally ill father for the flight he was medically advised not to take. They have all hospital documentation but instead we get automated “no” because it’s “at their discretion”. Like how more seriously ill can someone get 😖 @RyanairPress

& for some reason in my dads case they’ve decided it’s a no. The man is terminally ill & we were due to travel together.Before the flight I sent all hospital docs clearly stating he has been told not to travel. I refuse to fill out another form @Ryanair @askryanair @RyanairPress

Last year my daughter caught mumps even though she was fully vaccinated. Her fully vaccinated (and partially vaccinated youngest) brothers and parent didn't. No vaccine is 100% fail proof, but the more of us vaccinated, the more we can protect each other.
