Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Student Publishes Two Stories as Part of Experiential Learning
Claire Smathers, graduate student in the Biochemistry and Molecular Biology program, co-wrote an article with Stacey Elza as part of her experiential learning. Claire works in Dr. Aaron Robart
Today 1pm EST one of our students will be presenting her research, at a level appropriate for a non-scientist. Public distrust of science is at an all-time high. Let's counter this with public engagement about research put in clear and simple terms!
1st place went to Janelle Chuah, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology student from the @WVUMedSchool, for her presentation "Switch On the 'Garbage Disposal' to Treat Alzheimer's Disease".
